False Bay's Engineering NCV programmes are offered at two campuses: Westlake Campus and Khayelitsha Campus. These Engineering programmes are for a three-year duration.

NCV Engineering Course Entry Prerequisites
These programs start out at NCV level two and the minimum amount requirement would then be Grade 9 certificate with a pass in Mathematics.
As soon as the student finishes NCVLevel 2, they'd then have attained a grade 10 certificate. NCV Level 3 would be grade eleven and NCV Level four is grade twelve.
NCV Level four is at the exit level, staying equivalent to a Countrywide Senior Certificate (NSC).
Grade nine is on NQF more info level 1. Our NCV programmes start NCV stage two that's equivalent to an NQF level two.
On which type of students are fitted to these programmes, they say that the world is acknowledging that standard education is not really necessarily the only real way of becoming an artisan or turning out to be skilled so if a student knows from an early age what their passions are, the NCV programme is actually perfectly suited for that student.
