The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently traveling to the Fernie two Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render services to your community.
SASSA are going to be rendering solutions such as new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer treatment enquiries, together with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.
In an announcement, the agency reported it is actually alarmed regarding the significant range of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The aim from the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out into a significant range of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.
“That is because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie sassa status check and there's no totally functional office focused on service the area regularly. The company issue created for intervention ordeals a superior inflow of possible beneficiaries, that sassa makes it difficult for the Workplace to attend to all people who take a look at a service point.
“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise additional methods to empower the servicing of all prospects and increase entry to Social Assistance companies,” the agency said.
